These Terms govern the use of Niyoko Studio Poster ("the Tool"), an internal content-publishing tool operated by Niyoko Studio.

1. Scope of use

The Tool is available solely to Niyoko Studio and its authorized operators. It publishes original video content to TikTok accounts owned and operated by Niyoko Studio, using TikTok's official Content Posting API. No public registration or third-party use is offered.

2. Compliance with TikTok policies

All use of the Tool complies with the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Developer Terms, and TikTok's Community Guidelines. Every post made through the Tool reflects posting settings (privacy level, interaction settings, and commercial content disclosure) explicitly confirmed by the account operator before publishing.

3. Content

All content published through the Tool is original content created by Niyoko Studio. The Tool does not repost, scrape, or redistribute third-party content.

4. Disclaimer

The Tool is provided "as is" for internal use, without warranties of any kind. Niyoko Studio is responsible for the content it publishes through the Tool.
