Privacy Policy

Niyoko Studio Poster ("the Tool") is an internal content-publishing tool operated by Niyoko Studio ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the Tool handles when it connects to TikTok via TikTok's official APIs.

1. Who uses this Tool

The Tool is used exclusively by Niyoko Studio to publish original video content to TikTok accounts that we own and operate. It is not offered to, and does not collect data from, members of the public.

2. Data we access

When a TikTok account is connected through TikTok Login Kit, the Tool receives and stores:

• OAuth access and refresh tokens for the connected account;
• Basic profile information (display name, avatar, open ID) via the user.info.basic scope;
• Creator posting preferences (available privacy options, interaction settings) via the Content Posting API, queried at posting time as required by TikTok.

3. How data is stored

Tokens and profile data are stored locally on hardware controlled by Niyoko Studio. They are not transmitted to any third party, not used for advertising or analytics, and not sold or shared.

4. Data we publish

The only data sent to TikTok is the video file, caption, and posting settings (privacy level, interaction settings, content disclosure) explicitly chosen for each post.

5. Data retention and deletion

Tokens are retained while an account remains connected. Disconnecting an account (by revoking the app's access in TikTok settings, or by request to us) deletes the stored tokens. No other user data is retained.

6. Third-party services

The Tool communicates only with TikTok's official API endpoints (open.tiktokapis.com). No analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used on this site or in the Tool.
